At Your Art, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed immediately with our supplier, your order is made to order and the below is a guide on the timeframes for orders.
All art is made to order by the best supplier in Australia.
(please not during NOV-DEC orders may take longer)
- Unframed Art 1-2 weeks
- Framed Art 2-3 Weeks
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are FREE to you.
Please note: International shipping times may vary depending on customs delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.
5. International Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Your Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Delays

7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please notify us at hello@yourart.com.au with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
